I picked Number (3) I replied to their email as the said telling them to pull on the 11th $200.00. $75.00 which is their fee & $125.00 towards the Balance. When checking my bank Statement they pulled $75.00 on the 11th not $200.00..I called customer service and spoke with a total(Inappropriate Content Removed)"sorry". I told her what took place and that they need to pull the other part of my payment which was the $120.00 and apply it on my Balance..( because if you don't make a payment plus the $75.00 fee's they will charge you $150.00 the next due date plus what ever amount you can pay..So the Lady I spoke to me said that they couldn't apply the $125.00 towards my balance because it was to late..even though I email them back per Everest instructions..I told her so that's how you guys do business. She started laughing at me and said that there is nothing I can do about it..I will have to pay $150 plus what I can pay for that due date..I need some help.
